this tuesday night, battle ground ohio. president obama and governor mitt romney are both in that crucial swing state tonight. four weeks to the day before the election, and some analysts are pointing out there is a change in the polls. today yet another round of opinion polls showing governor romney pulling ahead of the president after that big debate. the governor now has a two-point lead in the latest gallup poll of likely voters. before the debate, the president was up by five points in the same poll. the obama camp down playing the numbers. one campaign spokesman says he expected this to happen. a live look now in ohio where governor romney is getting ready for a rally. 18 electoral votes up for grabs four weeks from tonight. as i reported, no republican has won the white house without first winning ohio. the governor started his day in another battle ground state, iowa. he responded to one of the president's latest attack lines over the governor's pledge to cut funding for pbs. home of big bird. >> these are tough times with real serious issues. so you have to scratch your head when the p

've said the position on iran for both the president and mitt romney is very, very, very similar. >> well, soledad, we would disagree with that. the president came to power with a hand outreached for engagement. he kept quiet during the green revolution when those seeking freedom and space with civil society in tehran were being beaten, arbitrarily arrested and even killed. and he's continued to reach out. these sanctions he's now imposing now actually were forced on him by democratic senator menendez and republican senator mark kirk. the white house opposed those. the message in tehran has been one of weakness. and not resolve. bismarck, the great leader in europe in the 19th century once said that diplomacy without the use of force is music without instruments. this administration doesn't have credibility. the result is that the president of iran comes to the united states, and he -- he says that israel should be eliminated. he says that we don't have a right to contain his nuclear breakout. then our president doesn't have the time to meet with our best ally in the region, bibi netanyah

guests today. we both voted for obama, and if you are going to think this is a funny, but my decision came with the last debate, and the reason was the minutes that mitt romney said that he was not going to cut the 1%-ers, i read all the people, and there is one thing that i have taught my children, my grandchildren, is do not lie. that was a big lie. jerry, when we got together 12 years, he was a republican, i was an independent. each time we vote, we say, we might as well not vote because you are going to cancel my vote out. this is the first time we did not cancel each other's phone app. he came close to not being able to but because he gave up his license a year ago, and he needed to go down and get a florida i.d., and then all the sun, you got a passport. so he was able to vote. i listened to them all. there were some things i liked on both sides, but i decided not to change horses in the middle of the stream. host: the early voting quest was there a line? caller: i floated through the mail. my daughter is here in florida. she just came in on my 80th birthday. she met a man here.
